Hi, I’m Donna Marston. I know what it feels like to carry a broken heart: Addiction in my family, loss, trauma, family struggles, and life’s unexpected turns.

Trauma shows up in many ways, but the pain often feels the same. It can look like heartbreak, unhealthy patterns, or the quiet weight of shame that leaves us stuck.

My own healing journey taught me how to nurture my inner child, stop people pleasing, set loving boundaries, and reconnect with my true self.

That’s why I created Sharing Without Shame, a place for anyone ready to turn pain into purpose. Through workshops, private sessions, podcasts, and support groups, I help individuals and families break free from unhealthy patterns and step into balance.
