Kerry Norton, RN, Executive Director and Co-founder of Hope on Haven Hill, has been instrumental in the organization's growth. Under her leadership, the services have expanded to include a residential treatment program, an intensive outpatient program, and additional recovery and support services. In 2019, Kerry spearheaded the opening of Abi’s Place, a recovery home for women and their babies who have completed treatment.

Kerry’s dedication to impactful programming has led to an innovative clinical approach that integrates trauma-informed care with parent-infant mental health. This approach addresses trauma, fosters self-esteem, and builds life skills, with a focus on strengthening the critical bond between mother and child.
