The Sharing Without Shame Series is a 6-session program designed specifically for parents and family members who are navigating the challenges of addiction, codependency, enabling, and recovery. This series offers guidance, structure, and support from someone who’s been there.
Led by Donna Marston, Certified Recovery Support Worker, Author, Harm Reduction Trainerand and seasoned Nami Certified Family Support Group Facilitator. The series helps families move from confusion and chaos toward clarity, confidence, and stronger communication. You’ll gain insight, tools, and space to focus on what you need—without judgment or pressure.

Session 1: Understand addiction and its impact on the entire family
Session 2: Explore what drives behaviors—yours and your loved one’s
Session 3: Shift your mindset with practical knowledge and real-life examples
Session 4: Learn how to support your loved one while maintaining your boundaries
Session 5: Use journaling and creative expression to gain insight into your experiences
Session 6: Develop resilience, let go of what’s not yours, and move forward with strength

Virtual Training:
